DOES WORRYING REALLY HELPS?

Does worrying really helps, How to stop worrying

Worrying is actually having a fear that something bad can happen in the future. So worrying is related to the future, not present.

We waste so much of our energy, mind, and time in thinking about the things which can hardly occur. Wasting our present on thinking about the future is just pointless. Here, I am not telling you to not plan for your future, planning is very essential for a productive future, but worrying is not at all productive. If you think that some outcomes can come bad, you better accept that and work on that or be prepared to face it. But worrying about something in the future is not a good idea, you are just ruining your present life also.

Hence answer to the title's question is NO!
Worrying does not help you in any way, instead, it occupies our mind, and hence we cannot think properly. Worrying has negative impact on our whole body and mind.

Our mind is like a transparent crystal. whatever color we place behind the crystal, the crystal refracts that. Similarly, the emotions and feelings in the environment like anger, jealousy, hatred, desires, all get reflected in the mind. when it gets reflected, it is foolish to sit and brood over that!

When your feelings dominate, worry dissolves. If you worry a lot, your feelings are dead. Worry entangles you, it puts you in a cage.

To come out of worry, you should first acknowledge that you are worrying. For most of us, it has become a habit of worrying, and hence we don't even realize that we are actually worrying! So the first step is to acknowledge that you are worrying. Then think about all the past tough times, you worried at that time also, anyhow you are still surviving, you have come out of that. However the bad situation was, you have passed through it! Know that there is some energy, which is always with you, who takes care of you. Your own experience of worrying will bring you out of it because then you know that worrying is just futile. Then why worry? Still, if you are not able to stop worrying, then think about the peoples who have more problems than you have, listen to people who have more problems than you. Then your problem will appear too small, and be thankful you are not there! And help people who have more problems than you, this will definitely help. However, if this doesn't help then go and spend some time in a mental hospital, listen to there problem and be thankful that you are not a resident there, just a visitor. If this also is not working for you, you are still worried about yourself, then finally go to the cremation ground. Be there for some time you will see that many dead bodies come there and they turn into ash, the same thing is going to happen with you as well! Everyone here is going to die, then what is the point of worrying?
However your life has been good or bad, you worried or you just enjoyed your life, finally you are going to die one day! Then why worry and die? Just be happy, and die! Be happy no matter what!
Give your 100 percent in any work you do, and then let go.

Regular practice of PranayamaSurya Namaskar, and other yoga postures will help to reduce worries.
