YOGA MUDRA

The meaning of word YOGA MUDRA is, yoga means union, and mudra means gesture. The subtle and independent branch of yoga is known as YOGA MUDRA. Pranayama is a Breathing Technique. The word prana means life force energy and Yama is to regulate or lengthen.
